Sri R.C.Suthar is an Engineering Graduate from Regional Engineering College, Jaipur. He did graduation in Industrial Quality Control from Yamanashi University of Japan and also acquired Diploma in Japanese Language from Osaka University of Foreign Studies, Osaka. He underwent training at M/s Komatsu, Hino, Toyota & Nissan Automobiles in Japan, Rolls-Royce in UK and Turbomeea in France. He is holding the post of Director - Production in BEML. He is Chairman of this Company since 2002.

Sri T.M.Subramanian is an Engineering Graduate( Metallurgy) from Regional Engineering College, Tricharapally. He did Post Graduation from IIT, Madras He acquires Level II certificate in NDT for MPT,RT,UT .He taken over the charge as General manager in VIL in 05.02.2004.
